File a Claim

Shipping damages, refusals and defects must be reported to Dazoro within 24 hours of your delivery. For orders with standard delivery, you are responsible to keep the item’s original packaging for the duration of the claim. Return Authorizations require the item to be packed and returned in its original packaging.

Refused Delivery Reminders: Damages and other product claims must be reported here within 24 hours. As an online retailer, claims are only processed via email and we ask for the customer’s cooperation in processing your request.
Any photos provided by the customer will expedite the refusal process. Photos requested by the shipping carrier requires unboxing and inspection by the third party and may take up to 7 business days for completion. Items determined to be damaged beyond repair will be replaced.

If the customer refuses undamaged items, your refund will be subject to our return policy and a 35% restocking fee. If you refuse the whole shipment, including undamaged items, you are responsible for accepting re-delivery of the undamaged items within 7 days.
